Fond Doux is a Plantation & Resort of 135-acre, locally owned and located within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Soufriere. The Fond Doux Heritage Tour allow you to receive a guided walking tour of our expansive property, learning about local vegetation and the rich history of the land. You will also have the opportunity to participate in processing chocolate; learning about cocoa plantation, the wide range of organic fruit trees, tropical flowers, plants, vegetables and local spices including bananas, mangoes, apricots, grapefruits, love apples, guavas, star fruits, cocoa beans, and refreshing jelly coconuts hand-picked by the “Fond Doux Tarzans.”
