Fond Doux is a Plantation & Resort of 135-acre, locally owned and located within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Soufriere.
The Fond Doux Heritage Tour offers a guided walking tour of our expansive property, where you can learn about local vegetation and the rich history of the land.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in processing chocolate; learning about cocoa plantation, the wide range of organic fruit trees, tropical flowers, plants, vegetables, and local spice,s including bananas, mangoes, apricots, grapefruits, love apples, guavas, star fruits, cocoa beans, and refreshing jelly coconuts hand-picked by the “Fond Doux Tarzans.”
