Morne Coubaril is a Historical & Adventure Park located a few feet away from the Sulphur Springs on the West Coast of the Island. As any other Historic Plantation, the Morne Coubaril Estate definitely has a story to tell, with its 18th-century donkey-driven mills and rustic plantation sites of cocoa, coffee, cotton, and sugarcane.
This is a guided tour with a very knowledgeable guide to take you through the history of the estate, the botanical gardens of flora, fauna, and traditionally grown crops and fruits. Visitors can also get to taste the freshly pressed sugarcane or ripe coconut, or are free to patronise the estate's local restaurant serving island-creole cuisine - all on site.
