DAY 1

SOUFRIERE EXPERIENCE

Sit back in your car for a picturesque drive down the western shore, passing through fishing villages of Anse La Raye & Cannaries, you get to stop at a famous local pastry shop with tasty cassava bread (cinnamon, chocolate, salt fish, ginger, banana, cherry, etc).

Upon arrival in Soufriere, you’re greeted by the twin peaks or Majestic Pitons of St Lucia. You will be visiting the Botanical Gardens & Diamond waterfalls, an absolute must-see for visitors to St. Lucia, incredible flora you’ll ever see while on island.

After Botanical gardens, you will dig into a sumptuous creole-style lunch at one of the best local cuisines in Soufriere.

Then to the Sulphur Springs, the Caribbean’s only drive-in volcano, taking in views of craggy craters, bubbling mud pools, and steaming springs. After volcano tour with your guide, you will now get ready to go take a dip in the hot mud baths and let relaxation and peace overcome you.

DAY 2

ST LUCIA MARKET & RUM TOUR

125-year-old Castries Central Market, a site named one of the Best Food Markets in the World by National Geographic. As your guide leads you through the bustling space, learn about the important ingredients used in St. Lucia's Caribbean-creole cuisine, such as breadfruit, bananas, hot sauce, cinnamon, and star anise and much more.

After Castries Central Market, you take a scenic drive to Morne Fortuné, a historic summit offering amazing views of the entire Castries city, Cruise port and other beautiful scenery. Continue on into the oasis of Roseau Valley, where you get to see the largest banana plantations and the island's award-winning St. Lucia Distillers. Where you will get to see how St Lucia rum is being made and their history.

After the tour, it's time to sample all rum made on island. Sip numerous styles of rum, from Coconut rum to spice rum and much more. The operation also serves up creamy rum liqueurs and sweet fortified wine.
